We know it can’t just be us getting all excited about the next big-screen installment of Sex and the City – especially with the on-set images already doing the rounds everywhere you look!  While we must admit to finding the first movie a little disappointing (well, in comparison the genius that was all six seasons of the TV show), the fashion – oh, the fashion – will always keep us coming back for more.  What on Earth is Patricia Field going to pull out of the bag this time?

So far she seems to be keeping it fairly tame, with Sarah Jessica Parker in a simple white Halston dress and nude heels on Day One, and in another outfit, keeping it casual in high-waisted jeans with a checked crop top.  The look which has really caught our eye, however, is this adorable violet frock which she has paired with neon yellow T-bar sandals and a magnificent oversized Christian Louboutin Sylvia bag in a vibrant shade of pink.

While the bag is a little OTT for anyone who is NOT Carrie Bradshaw, we think the grey and white versions have just the right amount of understated chic.  And what’s more, we don’t even have to wait until after the movie comes out to nab ourselves one: – they’re currently on sale right now at MyTheresa.com for €719.
